CODE OF MARKET CONDUCT (CMC) GUIDANCE INSTRUMENT (No. 16) 2022 The Board of the Dubai Financial Services Authority in the exercise of the powers conferred on them by Article 20 (2) of the Regulatory Law 2004, hereby approves and issues the Guidance in the appendix to this instrument. Commencement:
(1) This instrument is made on 29 June 2022 and shall come into effect on 1 November 2022. Modules:
