The European Commission adopted Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/1415 to establish regulatory technical standards for cooperation, information exchange, and notification obligations between competent authorities and the European Supervisory Authorities (ESMA, EBA, and EIOPA) under Regulation (EU) 2017/2402.
