Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/1783 on regulatory technical standards for cooperation arrangements with third countries
The European Commission adopted this Regulation to supplement Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 by establishing regulatory technical standards for cooperation arrangements between Member State competent authorities and third-country supervisory authorities. Article 1 mandates the use of the template document set out in the Annex for such arrangements, while Article 2 requires that administrative arrangements for the transfer of personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 be annexed to and form part of these cooperation arrangements. The Regulation entered into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
