Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/1868 amending and correcting Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2450

The European Commission amends Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2450 to update reporting templates for insurance and reinsurance undertakings under the Solvency II Directive. The changes introduce specific reporting requirements for qualifying infrastructure investments, European Long-Term Investment Funds (ELTIFs), and equities traded on multilateral trading facilities. Additionally, the Commission corrects minor drafting errors in the original regulation. These amendments entered into force on the twentieth day following publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
