Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/2189 amending and correcting Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2450

The European Commission amends and corrects Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2450 to update the templates for information submission by insurance and reinsurance undertakings to supervisory authorities under the Solvency II Directive. The amendments modify instructions in Annexes II and III, including adding a financial year end field, clarifying contract classifications, and replacing closed lists of Credit Assessment Institutions with updated names and LEI codes. Minor drafting errors in the templates are also corrected. The regulation entered into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the Official Journal on 25 November 2017.
