Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/1844 amending and correcting Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2450 on Solvency II reporting templates
The European Commission amended Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2450 to require insurance and reinsurance undertakings to report on qualifying infrastructure corporate assets and to standardize the reporting of historical data exchange rates. The regulation also updated templates S.29.01 to S.29.04 for variation analysis and corrected drafting errors in instructions for Annexes I, II, and III. These changes entered into force on 16 December 2018.
