Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/429 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) No 680/2014 on supervisory reporting standards
The European Commission adopted Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/429 on 14 February 2020 to amend Implementing Regulation (EU) No 680/2014. This amendment updates the implementing technical standards for the supervisory reporting of institutions under Regulation (EU) No 575/2013. The regulation applies to institutions subject to these supervisory reporting requirements within the European Union. It was published in the Official Journal on 30 March 2020 and implicitly repealed by Regulation (EU) 2021/451 on 27 June 2021.
