Financial entities must maintain client identification files, update authorized representative data every two years, and secure Board approval for correspondent accounts. They must verify foreign entities possess anti-money laundering manuals, employ full-time staff, and avoid shell banks. Disbursements exceeding $50,000 require crediting deposit accounts, and entities must refrain from issuing credit cards to delinquent debtors of liquidating entities. Non-compliance triggers fines of one to three times the disbursed amount, imposed jointly on the financial entity and responsible natural persons.
