b) The amounts of items 10140X/M, 10171X/00001 and 10175X/00001 will be summed, in order to obtain a single subtotal for each residual maturity tranche in which these concepts have been reported; c) The percentage that each subtotal calculated according to paragraph b) represents with respect to the total of fixed-term and reprogrammed deposits obtained in paragraph a) will be calculated, rounding to two decimal places, with the exception of the percentage corresponding to the last tranche, which will be calculated by difference between 100% and the sum of the remaining calculated percentages; d) The amounts reported in the period under report for each of the following deposit concepts will be summed: fixed-term (item 10140X/M), fixed-term with CER clause (item 10175X/00001) and reprogrammed (item 10171X/00001). In the case of item 10140X/M, this total will be calculated for each currency reported. For currency 00010, the minimum between the amounts reported in item 700000/00010 and the sum of the amounts of items 81200X/00010 must be deducted, if applicable; e) The percentages determined in the previous paragraph c) will be applied to the totals for deposit concepts obtained in paragraph d), rounding to the last integer. If there were still differences between the amounts thus determined and the total of each deposit concept of the period, the same will be added or subtracted, as appropriate, from the amount corresponding to the tranche subject to the lowest rate; f) For the determination of the residual maturity structure of the items in pesos (10140X, 10175X and 10171X) of period “n-1”, detailed in paragraphs a), b) and c), a joint structure will be determined for all categories, which will be applied in the period under report on the totals for concepts discriminated by category group.

v) The amount of item 700000/00001 will be reported taking into account the instructions of point 1.2.4. of the TO of the procedure rules of this regime, according to the following detail:
700000/00001 = 701000/00001 + 702000/00001 + 703000/00001 + 70500X/00001 + 706000/001 + 707000/001 For the purposes of determining the computable requirement for the position of the month, the limit for item 700000/00001 will be applied in this Institution, and may not exceed the amount reported in 903000/00001.

vi) Item 700000/00010 will be recorded by the sum of the amounts of the letters effectively subscribed in each tranche (70400X/00010), without applying limits. Consequently, the amount to be computed to make effective the deduction of the requirement referred to in point 1.6. of Section 1. of the rules on “Minimum cash” -mentioned in point 6.1.1.4.iv)d) above- will arise from the minimum between the amounts registered in items 700000/00010 and the sum of 81200X/00010.

The Central Bank will analyze the information sent regarding financing to SMEs and its evolution in relation to the data registered through other information regimes, establishing internal parameters that reflect possible inconsistencies. If applicable, along with the validation receipt, alert messages will be sent in order to verify the reported data.
