Rule · BCRA · 18 Jun 2018 · A 6526
Financial institutions must, from 21.6.18 and 18.7.18, apply replaced minimum cash rules, including a 25% to 23% rate for demand deposits and sight accounts in cooperative credit banks. From 18.6.18 the daily net global foreign currency position may not exceed 5% of the RPC or liquid own resources, whichever is lower, though a positive position may reach 30% if the excess arises solely from increased or excess National Treasury bills in US dollars; point 4.1 is left without effect.
