Compilation of Regulations and Control Norms of the Financial System – Resolutions of the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Uruguay or of the Superintendence of Financial Services arising from supervision or audit acts – Modification
The Superintendence of Financial Services repeals Articles 564 and 615 and Article 653 of the Compilation of Regulations and Control Norms of the Financial System. It substitutes Article 642 to require the largest credit administering companies and the most active credit granting entities to comply with Article 563. These modifications enter into force on January 1, 2024.
