CONASEV Resolution No. 047-2011
CONASEV declares the appeal filed by INTERCAPITAL Sociedad Agente de Bolsa S.A. against Administrative Tribunal Resolution No. 250-2010-EF/94.01.3 unfounded and exhausts the administrative remedy. The resolution upholds the sanction of a S/. 180,000.00 fine and the dismissal of INTERCAPITAL's financial statements for failing to present financial information prepared in accordance with International Accounting Standards. Specifically, the entity failed to substantiate that it controlled S/. 914,520.00 recorded under "Cash and Banks" as of December 31, 2009, violating the qualitative characteristics of reliability and integrity.
