Conduct of Business Rulebook Revisions
The Malta Financial Services Authority amends Chapter 1 of the Conduct of Business Rulebook to incorporate Article 4 of Regulation (EU) 2019/1156 and ESMA Guidelines on marketing communications. New Part D (Rules R.1.2.78 to R.1.2.81) and Appendix 9 are added to Chapter 1 to implement these provisions. The changes apply to Regulated Persons qualifying as UCITS Management Companies and to UCITS that have not designated a UCITS Management Company.
