Consideration period for authorisation of an exchange institution
De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) decides on applications for exchange institution authorisation within 13 weeks, provided the application is complete and of sufficient quality. If DNB requests further data, the consideration period is suspended and recommences upon receipt of the requested information. Failure to provide sufficient supplementary information within the specified period may result in DNB deciding not to consider the application.
