Consolidation of Supervisory Instructions – Repeal of Circulars
The Reserve Bank of India repeals 628 circulars listed in the Annex with immediate effect. These repealed circulars include instructions consolidated into 64 new Directions administered by the Department of Supervision, as well as those deemed obsolete or redundant. Actions taken or initiated under the repealed circulars continue to be governed by their original provisions.
