Consultation on Draft Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) Guideline for Insurers
The Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago invites feedback on the draft ORSA Guideline and Key Metrics Report for insurers and financial holding companies registered under the Insurance Act 2018. The proposed guideline requires these entities to implement the ORSA as a component of their Enterprise Risk Management framework to assess capital sufficiency against their risk profiles. Stakeholders are requested to submit comments via email to orsa@central-bank.org.tt within two months of the October 4, 2024 circular date.
