Consultation on Insurance Regulations and Guidelines re Supervisory Fees
The Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago invites comments from the Association of Underwriters and Lloyds of London on the draft Central Bank (Payment of Supervisory Fees and Charges) (Amendment) Regulations. These regulations are being finalized to implement the Insurance Act 2018. Stakeholders must submit their comments electronically to insurance_act2018@central-bank.org.tt by January 11, 2019.
