CONSULTATION ON REVIEW OF MAS 105 ON INSURERS’ APPOINTMENT OF CUSTODIANS AND FUND MANAGERS MAS has issued a public consultation paper on the review of MAS 105 on appointment of custodians and fund managers. The proposed changes seek to enhance the requirements and guidelines on insurers’ appointment of custodians and sub-custodians, as well as refine and streamline the information collected on custodian arrangements. 2 The consultation paper is available on the MAS website at http://www.mas.gov.sg/News-and-Publications/Consultation￾Paper/2016/Review-of-MAS-105-on-Insurers-Appointment-of-Custodians-and￾Fund-Managers.aspx.
