Consultation on the Draft Guideline for Non-Bank Non-Financial Institutions in Retail Payments
The Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago issued a consultation on a draft guideline for non-bank non-financial institutions providing retail payment services. This proposed guideline is intended to replace the 2012 Payments System Guidelines 2 and 3. Stakeholders were requested to submit feedback electronically by May 29, 2020.
