Consultation on the Draft Guideline for Recovery Planning for Financial Institutions
The Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago issued Circular Letter CB-OIFI-1930/2022 to solicit comments on a draft Recovery Planning Guideline from licensees under the Financial Institutions Act, 2008, registered insurance companies, and financial holding companies. The document requires stakeholders to submit their feedback electronically to recoveryplan-comment@central-bank.org.tt by September 16, 2022. This consultation seeks input on the proposed framework for financial institutions to develop and maintain recovery plans following stress events.
