[Corrigendum to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue and Listing of Municipal Debt Securities) (Amendment) Regulations, 2026] No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2026/314.— In the notification of the Securities and Exchange Board of India, No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2026/305 dated July 1, 2026 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part III, Section 4, in the Hindi version—

1. The words “Securities and Exchange Board of India” appearing after paragraph 2 shall be read as figures, letters and words “3. Securities and Exchange Board of India”.

2. In paragraph 3 so amended—

I. In paragraph (V)(c)(ii), the punctuation mark “;” appearing at the end shall be read as “;”.

II. In paragraph (XI), in the newly inserted Schedule IB—

(i) In paragraph (5)(d)(viii), the words and punctuation “, reason” appearing at the end shall be read as “. reason.”.

(ii) The final sub-clause “(d)” appearing in paragraph (7) shall be read as sub-clause “(c)”, and the following sub-clause shall be inserted before it—

“(d) It shall be specified what procedure shall be adopted for the allotment and issue of Municipal Debt Securities and when such allotment and issue shall be made.”.

(iii) The item numbers “(a)”, “(b)”, “(c)” and “(d)” appearing in paragraph (8)(I) shall be read as “(a)”, “(b)”, “(c)” and “(d)” respectively.

(iv) The item numbers “a.”, “b.”, “c.”, “d.”, “e.”, “f.” and “g.” appearing in paragraph (8)(IV) shall be read as “a.”, “b.”, “c.”, “d.”, “e.”, “f.” and “g.” respectively.

(v) The item numbers “a.”, “b.”, “c.”, “d.”, “e.”, “f.”, “g.” and “h.” appearing in paragraph (9) shall be read as “a.”, “b.”, “c.”, “d.”, “e.”, “f.”, “g.” and “h.” respectively.

(vi) The item numbers “a.” and “b.” appearing in paragraph (10) shall be read as “a.” and “b.” respectively.

(vii) The item numbers “a.”, “b.”, “c.”, “d.”, “e.” and “f.” appearing in paragraph (11) shall be read as “a.”, “b.”, “c.”, “d.”, “e.” and “f.” respectively.

(viii) The item numbers “(a)”, “(b)” and “(c)” appearing in paragraph (12) shall be read as “(a)”, “(b)” and “(c)” respectively.

(ix) The item numbers “(a)”, “(b)”, “(c)”, “(d)”, “(e)” and “(f)” appearing in paragraph (13) shall be read as “(a)”, “(b)”, “(c)”, “(d)”, “(e)” and “(f)” respectively.

No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2026/314.— In the notification of the Securities and Exchange Board of India, No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2026/305 dated July 1, 2026 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part III, Section 4, in the English version –

1. In paragraph 3.XI, in inserted ‘Schedule IB’,

I. in paragraph 9.a,
(a) the numbering of clause (vi) shall be read as clause (i).
(b) the numbering of clause (vii) shall be read as clause (ii).
(c) the numbering of clause (viii) shall be read as clause (iii).
(d) the numbering of clause (ix) shall be read as clause (iv).
