This instruction establishes the eligibility criteria and application procedures for legal entities seeking registration as valuation experts for companies applying for admission to trading on the main or growth compartments. Applicants must demonstrate five years of valuation experience, hold specific higher education diplomas, and submit a comprehensive file including organizational charts, conflict of interest management descriptions, and professional credentials. The Commission examines complete applications within one month, issues registrations valid for three years, and publishes the final list of experts on its website. This regulation supersedes Instruction No. 24-05 and entered into force on July 15, 2026.
