Costs of application for licence
De Nederlandsche Bank charges a fee for considering applications for a licence for issuers of asset-referenced tokens. This fee applies regardless of whether the application is granted, rejected, withdrawn, or if consideration ceases during the procedure. The amount of these one-off costs is set out in the Regulation on the financing of financial supervision of one-off actions. Additionally, an annual fee is charged to cover the costs of regular supervision.
