CP14/8: Quarterly consultation No.5
The Financial Conduct Authority proposes miscellaneous amendments to its Handbook, including modifications to training qualifications and reporting requirements. The consultation also introduces changes related to consumer credit regulation transfers, employers’ liability registers, and a new annual compliance confirmation for banks regarding the Immigration Act. Stakeholders are invited to submit comments via an online form by 6 July 2014 for Chapter 2 and 6 August 2014 for all other chapters.
