CP15/26: PSR regulatory fees 2015/16
The Payment Systems Regulator issues this document to finalize the allocation of regulatory fees across regulated pan-UK payment systems using equal distribution. It proposes an indirect billing model where direct members are liable for fees collected by operators, replacing the previously considered direct billing approach. The regulator invites industry stakeholders to submit comments on these proposals by 17 September 2015.
