CP25/16: Quarterly consultation paper No. 48

The Financial Conduct Authority proposes consequential amendments to SUP 6.4 to align with section 415AA of FSMA, deleting guidance stating that enforcement powers do not apply to formerly authorised firms and removing presumptions against permission cancellation. The document also proposes decommissioning the REP022 and RIA Complaints returns, reducing REP009 reporting frequency to annually, and removing nil return requirements for REP008. Additionally, it seeks to move Consumer Credit data return CCR007 to calendar year reporting and reduce assessment of value reporting for authorised fund managers.
