Criterion No. 01/2024 for General Application Regarding the Administration of Federal Real Estate Assets, Relative to the Distribution of Competencies Between Administrating Dependencies and Functions of the Real Estate Responsible Administrator (RIA)
Criterion No. 01/2024 establishes the annual or event-driven designation of a Real Estate Responsible Administrator (RIA) with at least Director General level for federal real estate assets, defining their duties to coordinate the Federal and Paraestatal Real Estate Information System (SIIFP) and serve as the liaison with INDAABIN. It replaces Criterion No. 03/2021 and details the specific legal frameworks and administrative units responsible for various property types, including federal properties, maritime zones, protected areas, infrastructure, and foreign assets. The criterion enters into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
