The CSSF replaces its usual annual Questionnaire on Financial Crime with AMLA-developed data collection templates for most supervised entities, except specialized professionals of the financial sector. Selected entities participating in the AMLA calibration exercise must report quantitative and qualitative data via the eDesk platform by 15 April 2026, while other credit and financial institutions must report ML/TF risks for 2025 based on AMLA templates with timelines to be communicated shortly. Specialized professionals of the financial sector must submit the standard CSSF Questionnaire via the eDesk platform by 3 April 2026.
