CSSF Circular on Delay in the 2026 AML/CFT Standardised Data Collection
The launch of the 2026 AML/CFT standardised data collection campaign is delayed for credit institutions, investment firms, payment institutions, virtual asset service providers, and other regulated entities incorporated under Luxembourg law. While the submission deadline for sampled entities remains 15 April 2026, the submission deadline for non-sampled entities will be adjusted at a later stage. A draft questionnaire version is provided for preparatory purposes only, and the eDesk platform remains closed until the final version is available from the Authority for Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AMLA).
