Cybersecurity – Threat Mitigation
The MFSA requires licence holders to report material cyber incidents within 4 hours by sending the Cyber Incident Notification Form to mirt@mfsa.mt. The authority reminds these institutions that resilience depends on regular vulnerability assessments, system patching, user awareness, email and web traffic monitoring, and infrastructure-wide activity monitoring.
