CySEC Circular C612: 2023 Cross Border Data Collection for Investment Firms
The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission requires authorized Cyprus Investment Firms with at least 50 retail clients in a host Member State to participate in ESMA's 2023 cross-border data collection exercise. Firms must submit a valid email address by December 29, 2023, to receive the online questionnaire invitation or confirm their exemption if they do not meet the materiality threshold. Failure to comply with these submission requirements may result in administrative penalties under the CySEC Law without prior reminders.
