CySEC Circular C660: ASPs Quarterly Statistics (Form QST-ASP) Submission for 30/09/2024
All Administrative Services Providers (ASPs) authorised by September 30, 2024, must complete and electronically submit Form QST-ASP Version 8 via the Transaction Reporting System (TRS) by Thursday, October 31, 2024. The submission requires data reported in Euros rounded to the nearest unit, with files named according to the specified convention and validated for errors before digital signing. No extensions to the deadline will be granted, and failure to comply results in administrative penalties under section 37(5) of the CySEC Law without prior reminders.
