CySEC Circular C788: ASPs Quarterly Statistics Submission for 30 June 2026
All Administrative Services Providers (ASPs) authorized by June 30, 2026, must submit the updated Form QST-ASP (Version 13) via the Transaction Reporting System (TRS) by Friday, July 31, 2026. The submission requires reporting data in Euros, includes a new Section G for customers subject to International Sanctions, and mandates strict adherence to specific file naming conventions and validation tests. No extensions to the deadline will be granted, and failure to comply may result in administrative penalties under section 37(5) of the CySEC Law.
