Cancellation of BSP Registration for BTI Courier Express Incorporated
The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas issued Circular Letter CL-2026-003 to cancel the registration of BTI Courier Express Incorporated as a Remittance Agent with Money Changing and Foreign Exchange Dealing operations. This action was approved by the Monetary Board pursuant to Resolution No. 1096.A dated 06 November 2025 due to serious and persistent violations of the Anti-Money Laundering Act and substantial non-compliance with the Deed of Undertaking. The directive serves as official notice to all BSP-supervised financial institutions regarding the revocation of the entity's operational license.
