Instruction No. 2021-I-05 of June 18, 2021, Repealing and Replacing Instruction No. 2018-I-16 of July 11, 2018, Regarding Annual Prudential Documents to be Communicated by Entities Subject to ACPR Supervision (Consolidated Version)
The ACPR issued Instruction No. 2021-I-05 to repeal and replace Instruction No. 2018-I-16, establishing the requirements for annual prudential documents to be submitted by entities under its supervision. This consolidated version was subsequently repealed by Instruction No. 2023-I-03. The document also records that Instruction No. 2021-I-05 was previously modified by Instruction No. 2021-I-12.
