NBFIRA External Memo on 2023-24 Budget Industry Consultations for Supervisory Levies and Licensing Fees
The Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (NBFIRA) proposes a zero percent increase in supervisory levies and licensing fees for the financial year ending March 31, 2024. Issued under Section 23 of the NBFIRA Act, the memorandum invites all non-bank financial institutions to submit written comments electronically or by post. Submissions must be received no later than January 20, 2023, to finalize the annual budget estimates and fee structure.
