The President of the Capital Markets Authority, pursuant to Law No. 161 dated August 17, 2011, concerning the Capital Markets, and pursuant to CMA Resolution No. 37 dated July 28, 2022, regarding the publication of the list of registered financial intermediation institutions by assets, and pursuant to CMA Board Resolution No. 23/2/3 dated February 28, 2023, approving the request of "BLOM Asset Management S.A.L." for cancellation of its granted license, has decided the following:

Article One: "BLOM Asset Management S.A.L.", registered in this list under No. 22, is removed from the list of financial intermediation institutions.
