The Chairman of the Capital Markets Authority,

pursuant to Law No. 161 dated August 17, 2011, concerning the Capital Markets,

and pursuant to Capital Markets Authority Board Decision No. 21/4/5, issued during its meeting held on May 5, 2021, approving the de-listing of "Valpre Capital S.A.L." from the List of Financial Intermediation Institutions, subject to compliance with certain conditions,

and after reviewing the submitted documents confirming that the legal conditions for this de-listing are met,

hereby decides as follows:

Article 1: "Valpre Capital S.A.L.", registered in this List under No. 29, is hereby removed from the List of Financial Intermediation Institutions.
