Deadline for the Submission of Applications for Authorisation as a Company Service Provider
Applications for authorisation as a Company Service Provider under the Company Service Providers Act, as amended by Act L of 2020, must be submitted through the Licence Holder Portal by 16 May 2021. This requirement applies to individuals and entities providing corporate services who were previously exempt from the Act. Applications submitted after this deadline will be directed to a different process, and applicants cannot provide services until authorised or declined.
