NATIONAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF NORTH MACEDONIA Pursuant to Article 47 paragraph 1 item 6 of the Law on the National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No. 158/10, 123/12, 43/14, 153/15, 6/16 and 83/18 and Official Gazette of the Republic of North Macedonia No. 110/21 and 74/24) and Article 101 paragraph 3 of the Banking Law (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No. 67/07, 90/09, 67/10, 26/13, 15/15, 153/15, 190/16 and 7/19 and Official Gazette of the Republic of North Macedonia No. 101/19 and 122/21), the National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia Council has adopted the following DECISION amending the Decision on disclosure of reports and data by banks (Official Gazette of the Republic of North Macedonia No. 179/24)

  1. In the Decision on disclosure of reports and data by banks (Official Gazette
    of the Republic of North Macedonia No. 36/23), in item 9 sub-item 9.4 the words: “Fee tariff” shall be preceded by the words: “Interest and”.
  2. In item 34 sub-item 34.3, paragraph 2 shall be amended and read as
    follows:
    “The bank referred to in paragraph 1 of this item shall disclose reports and data within the deadlines referred to in item 33 paragraphs 3 and 4 of this Decision. The bank referred to in paragraph 1 of this item shall disclose data quarterly as of 31 March and 30 September, by 31 May, i.e. 30 October.”
  3. In item 45, in paragraph 2, the words: "item 28" shall be replaced with the
    words: “item 13 sub-items 13.4 and 13.8 and items 19 and 28”.
  4. This Decision shall enter into force on the eighth day after the date of its
