Having regard to the Monetary and Financial Code, particularly Article L. 612-1; Having regard to the Insurance Code, particularly Articles L. 310-1-1, L. 321-1-1, R. 321-5-1, and R. 321-29; Having regard to the documents in the file,

DECIDES

Article 1: Pursuant to Article L. 321-1-1 of the Insurance Code, the company AGRIAL RÉASSURANCE (SIREN: 931 378 731), whose registered office is located at 4 rue des Roquemonts, CAEN (14000), is approved to conduct the following operations mentioned in Article R. 321-5-1 of the aforementioned code in France:

• R1: non-life;
