The provisions of Law No. 118 of 1975 regarding import, export, and the system of procedures
Examination and control of imported and exported goods and its amendments;
And on Ministerial Decree No. 235 of 2013 regarding the requirement to export some
Goods paying their full value in convertible foreign currencies through one of the banks
Operating within the Arab Republic of Egypt and accredited by the Central Bank of Egypt;
And on the memorandum of the Agreements and Foreign Trade Sector dated 6/15/2025;
Decided:
(Article One)
The goods listed against the customs items shown in the list attached to this decision are added
To the list of goods attached to Ministerial Decree No. 235 of 2013 referred to above,
Which requires, upon export, payment of its full value in convertible foreign currencies
Through one of the banks operating within the Arab Republic of Egypt and accredited by the bank
The Central Bank of Egypt, either by opening a documentary credit for the full value or transferring the full
