By adding 65 commodities to the goods for which it is required to implement their export operations through one of the banks operating in

The Arab Republic of Egypt and proving this by providing a bank certificate to the competent customs authority.

In this regard, I would like to emphasize the commitment to the procedures contained in the periodic book dated April 28, 2013 regarding

The export operations specific to the goods that have been added under the attached decision.

After reviewing Law No. 118 of 1975 regarding import

And export and its amendments;

And on Law No. 194 of 2020 issuing the Central Bank and Agency Law

Banking and Currency:

And on the decision of the President of the Republic No. 258 of 2024 forming the government;

And on the decision of the Prime Minister No. 2678 of 2024 organizing the Ministry of

Investment and Foreign Trade:

And on Ministerial Decree No. 770 of 2005 regarding the issuance of the implementing regulations

The provisions of Law No. 118 of 1975 regarding import, export, and the system of procedures

Examination and control of imported and exported goods and its amendments;

And on Ministerial Decree No. 235 of 2013 regarding the requirement to export some

Goods paying their full value in convertible foreign currencies through one of the banks

Operating within the Arab Republic of Egypt and accredited by the Central Bank of Egypt;

And on the memorandum of the Agreements and Foreign Trade Sector dated 6/15/2025;

Decided:

(Article One)

The goods listed against the customs items shown in the list attached to this decision are added

To the list of goods attached to Ministerial Decree No. 235 of 2013 referred to above,

Which requires, upon export, payment of its full value in convertible foreign currencies

Through one of the banks operating within the Arab Republic of Egypt and accredited by the bank

The Central Bank of Egypt, either by opening a documentary credit for the full value or transferring the full

Value in cash or bank transfers before shipment or one of the guaranteed payment methods from the bank,

This is proven by the exporter providing a bank certificate to the relevant customs authority before shipment

(Article Two)

This decision shall be published in the Egyptian Events, and it shall be implemented as of the day following
