Decision No. (91)

The Authority's Board of Directors issued Decision No. (91) to formally approve a legal opinion confirming the Authority's jurisdiction to initiate criminal proceedings. This jurisdiction applies specifically to offenses committed in violation of Law No. (146) of 1988 regarding companies receiving funds and Law No. (54) of 1975 concerning private insurance funds. The decision grounds this enforcement authority in the provisions of Articles Three and Fifteen of Law No. (10) of 2009.
