Decision Notice – RSIF Management Limited
The Cayman Islands Monetary Authority has cancelled the registration of RSIF Management Limited as a Securities-Registered Person, effective 2 June 2026. The cancellation stems from the firm's failure to file annual declarations and pay fees for 2023 through 2025, maintain required directors and a registered office, and designate mandatory anti-money laundering compliance and reporting officers.
