Decision of NBM no.220/2025 on the approval of the Regulation on the treatment of counterparty credit risk for banks and the amendment of certain normative acts of the National Bank of Moldova
The National Bank of Moldova issued Decision No. 220 on September 25, 2025, approving the Regulation on the treatment of counterparty credit risk for banks. This decision also amends certain other normative acts of the National Bank of Moldova. The new regulation and amendments will come into force on October 1, 2026.
