Regarding the Temporary Extension of the Activity of Mubasher for Financial Securities Consulting Company

The Board of Directors of the Financial Regulatory Authority Having reviewed the Capital Market Law issued by Law No. 95 of 1992 and its executive regulations and amendments; and the Law Regulating Supervision over Non-Banking Financial Markets and Instruments issued by Law No. 10 of 2009; and the Presidential Decree No. 192 of 2009 issuing the Basic Statute of the Financial Regulatory Authority; and the Authority's Board Decision No. (194) of 2018 regarding the conditions and controls for the voluntary suspension of activities of companies operating in the securities field; and the Authority's Board Decision No. 114 of 2018 dated 2018/7/16 regarding the conditions and controls for registering financial consulting companies and licensed entities to perform financial valuation and fair value study preparation with the Authority; and the Authority's Board Decision No. 186 of 2018 regarding the approval to suspend the activity of Mubasher for Financial Securities Consulting Company for one year; and the Authority's Board Decision No. 83 of 2019 following the period for documenting the status of financial consulting companies and licensed entities to perform financial valuation and fair value study preparation with the Authority; and the Extraordinary General Assembly decision of Mubasher for Financial Securities Consulting Company held on 2019/7/31; and the memorandum prepared by the Central Directorate for Corporate Governance dated 2019/8/26; and the approval of the Authority's Board of Directors in its meeting held on 2019/9/16.

Article One

The temporary extension of the activity of Mubasher for Financial Securities Consulting Company is continued until 2020/2/27, with the company obligated to regularize its status in accordance with the provisions of the Authority's Board Decision No. 114 of 2018 within the deadline granted under the Authority's Board Decision No. (83) of 2019.

Article Two

This Decision shall be published on the Authority's website and on the stock exchange screens, and shall take effect from the day following its issuance date. Competent authorities are tasked with its implementation, each within its respective jurisdiction.
