Decision of the European Systemic Risk Board of 28 June 2019 on the postponement of certain reports on actions and measures taken pursuant to Recommendation ESRB/2014/1 and Recommendation ESRB/2015/2
The submission deadline for the second reports on actions and measures taken pursuant to Recommendation ESRB/2014/1 and Recommendation ESRB/2015/2 is postponed by one year, from 30 June 2019 to 30 June 2020. This extension applies to the addressees of Recommendation ESRB/2014/1 and the relevant authorities of Recommendation ESRB/2015/2, allowing additional time to address compliance assessment findings. The postponement does not affect the deadlines for the third and subsequent reports required under these recommendations.
