Decision of the National Bank of Slovakia of 27 April 2026 on determining the height of the countercyclical capital buffer (buffer) for O-SIIs
The National Bank of Slovakia, pursuant to Section 33d(6) of Act No. 483/2001 Coll. on Banks and Amending and Supplementing Certain Laws, as amended by subsequent provisions, has decided:
§ 1
The height of the countercyclical capital buffer (buffer) for O-SIIs is, from 1 January 2027, for
§ 2
The buffer for O-SIIs is maintained on an individual basis and on a sub-consolidated basis.
§ 3
The Decision of the National Bank of Slovakia No. 2/2024 of 22 April 2024 on determining the height of the countercyclical capital buffer (buffer) for O-SIIs is repealed.
§ 4
This decision enters into force on 1 January 2027.
