Decision on amendments to the Decision on statistical and supervisory reporting
Entities subject to reporting requirements shall submit the first monthly reports with the balance as at 30 April 2026. This Decision replaces specific items in the Decision on statistical and supervisory reporting and its Instructions, deleting the word "and" at the end of sub-item (2) and the full stop at the end of sub-item (3). The Decision enters into force on the eighth day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Pursuant to Article 101, paragraph (2), item (6), Article 146c and Article 162, paragraph (1) of the Credit Institutions Act (Official Gazette 159/2013, 19/2015, 102/2015, 15/2018, 70/2019, 47/2020, 146/2020, 151/2022 and 145/2024), Article 43, paragraph (2), item (10) and Article 86, paragraph (3) of the Act on the Croatian National Bank (Official Gazette 75/2008, 54/2013 and 47/2020), the Governor of the Croatian National Bank hereby issues the Decision on amendments to the Decision on statistical and supervisory reporting
Article 1
In the Decision on statistical and supervisory reporting (Official Gazette 85/2018, 47/2019, 14/2020, 53/2020, 122/2020, 53/2021, 142/2021, 108/2022, 27/2023 and 90/2023), in the Instructions for statistical and supervisory reporting, which constitute an integral part of the Decision on statistical and supervisory reporting, in item (1), sub-item (2) the word "and" at the end of the sub-item is deleted. The full stop at the end of sub-item (3) is deleted. After sub-item (3) sub-item (4) is added which reads:
"4) instructions for the application of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/3117 means the instructions for completing the reports referred to in Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/3117 of 29 November 2024 laying down implementing technical standards for the application of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to supervisory reporting of institutions and repealing Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2021/451 (Text with EEA relevance) (OJ L 2024/3117, 27.12.2024), which, as part of IT-solutions for delivery of reports, are published and updated by the European Banking Authority on its website." Article 14
