Decision on Approving the Instructions on the Organization of Access Control at the National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine
The National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine (NSSMC) approved Instructions establishing access control rules for its premises at 8 Kniaziv Ostrozkykh St., Kyiv. The Instructions mandate that security is provided by the National Guard of Ukraine and require all employees and visitors to comply with badge requirements, with specific protocols for temporary passes, material assets, and prohibited items. It defines access privileges for high-ranking officials, media representatives, construction personnel, and foreign delegations, while prohibiting entry for individuals under the influence, those carrying weapons, or persons with unauthorized electronic equipment. The decision takes effect the day after its official publication on the NSSMC website.
